Shipping policy
At Monzalo, each order is prepared carefully and shipped as promptly as possible. This policy explains our processing times, delivery estimates, shipping costs, destinations, tracking, and delivery issue handling.
Delivery Times
Processing Time: 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday)
Shipping Time: 7-10 business days (Monday to Friday) within Australia after dispatch
Total Estimated Time from Order to Delivery: 8-13 business days (Monday to Friday)
Order Cutoff Time
Orders placed before 4:00 PM AEST on business days begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on public holidays begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Costs
Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship only to Australia.
Carriers We Use
We ship with reliable Australian delivery partners, including Australia Post, Sendle, and Aramex Australia. The carrier and service may vary based on destination, availability, and order details.
Tracking Your Order
After dispatch, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information. Tracking updates may take time to appear after the carrier receives the package. You can monitor your package’s journey on our Track Your Order page.
Delays and Service Disruptions
Most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, but delays can occur due to carrier issues, weather, seasonal volume, incorrect addresses, or other events outside our control. If a delay is significant, contact us at contact@monzalo.com so we can help review the shipment status.
Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
Please make sure your shipping details are correct before checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us because of an address issue, additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.
Lost or Delivered-but-Missing Packages
If tracking shows delivered but the package cannot be found, first check with household members, neighbors, your building, and the local carrier. If the package still cannot be located, contact the carrier and email us at contact@monzalo.com so we can assist where possible.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled or changed within 1 hour of purchase by contacting us at contact@monzalo.com. After this window, or after an order has been packed or shipped, cancellation is not guaranteed and you may need to start a return after delivery.
