How can I track my order?

You can track your order by clicking on the link provided in your shipping confirmation email. Have your tracking number handy? Click here to track your order directly.

What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility for change-of-mind returns, but we cover return costs for defective, damaged, incorrect, or carrier-damaged items. Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. You can find the full return process in our Refund Policy.

Do you ship to Australia?

Yes. We currently only deliver to Australia.

Shipping Time:7-10 business days (Monday to Friday) within Australia after dispatch
Total Estimated Time from Order to Delivery:8-13 business days (Monday to Friday)

How can I cancel my order?

You may cancel or change your order within 1 hour of purchase by contacting us at contact@monzalo.com. After this window, or once the order has been packed or shipped, cancellation is not guaranteed. You may still request a return after delivery by following the return process outlined in our Refund Policy.
