Refund policy
At Monzalo, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains return eligibility, return costs, damaged or incorrect item handling, exchanges, refund timing, and how to contact us for return support.
30-Day Returns
You may request a return within 30 days from the date you received your item.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, in the same condition that you received it, with tags attached where applicable, and in its original packaging. You will also need your order number, receipt, or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
- Contact us at contact@monzalo.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the return.
- Wait for our approval and return instructions before sending the item back.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, with tags attached where applicable.
- Send the package to the return address provided in our instructions.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Costs
For defective, damaged, incorrect, or carrier-damaged items, return shipping is free for the customer.
For change-of-mind returns, including ordering the wrong item, size, color, or no longer wanting the product, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Original shipping costs, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
Restocking Fee
We do not charge restocking fees.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at contact@monzalo.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and make it right.
If the issue is approved, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund depending on the situation.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 1 hour of purchase by contacting us at contact@monzalo.com. If your order has already been shipped, please follow the steps in our Return Instructions above.
Exchanges
If you would like a different size, color, or product, contact us at contact@monzalo.com. The fastest option is usually to return the original item and place a new order once the return is approved.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
